About me and my latest single
My musical world spans originals, reimagined covers, weddings, intimate rooms and big festival stages, but the thread is the same: I like making music feel alive, personal and responsive to the people in the room.
Sometimes that means writing something from scratch; other times it means finding a new way into a song everyone already knows.
Originals
I started writing my own music in 2023 when I was living in Sydney, Australia, inspired by the artists and musicians I met.
Most of my songs are written in one sitting. Once an idea catches, I tend to follow it all the way through before deciding what kind of record it should be. I like starting with the song itself, then playing with the different ways I can bring it to life.

I love seeing how far a familiar song can stretch without losing what made us love it in the first place.
Sometimes that means changing the groove; sometimes it’s pulling at a lyric, exaggerating a feeling, or bringing something unexpected to the surface.
Not every song needs reinventing but when there’s room to play, I love pushing at the edges and seeing what might surprise us on stage and everyone listening.
